Job Title: Associate (Banking & Finance)Location: Singapore
We are currently working with a leading international law firm who is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have .5 to 2 years of experience in banking & finance in Singapore or overseas. In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of transactional matters, working alongside experienced partners and associates on complex deals.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting partners and senior associates with drafting, negotiating, and reviewing leveraged finance, loan documentation, security agreements, and other financing transaction documents
- Conducting legal research and due diligence on transactions
- Managing client relationships and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Participating in client meetings and calls
- Staying up-to-date on developments in banking and finance law
- Singapore qualified lawyer with 0.5 to 2 years of PQE in banking and finance law gained in a reputable law firm in Singapore or overseas
- Strong academic record
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
