�� Exciting Ethics & Compliance Job Opening!�� Key Details:
We are partnering with a Global Multinational Firm with regards to their hiring needs in the Ethics & Compliance space. The company provides engineering and construction services to sectors such as Energy, Pharmacauticals, etc.
This is a newly created role, and you will be working closely with the leadership team (both in Singapore and their HQ in Europe), overseeing a spectrum of responsibilities concerning compliance, governance, and investigations.
Job Description:
- Develop and refine the Compliance Management System, ensuring regulatory adherence, conducting regular audits, and recommending improvements.
- Keep stakeholders informed on regulatory changes, prepare compliance documentation, and foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
- Assist in leading the Data Protection committee, handle data protection inquiries, collaborate on global data protection standards, and oversee data request processes to prevent breaches.
- Advise business units on compliance risks, monitor risk mitigation plans, and contribute to the Annual Compliance Risk Assessment program.
- Manage investigations per company policy, liaise with regulators and legal bodies as necessary, draft investigation reports, guide stakeholders on follow-up actions, and ensure closure.
- Conduct orientation sessions on the Company’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption policies, develop training materials, maintain an annual compliance training calendar, and track employee training completion.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
- A good grasp of Anti-corruption laws (FCPA and UK Bribery Act), Personal Data Protection, and other regulatory obligations.
- Practical involvement in audit, investigation, training, policy formulation, and process enhancement.
- Background in Compliance, Fraud, Forensic, or Internal Audit within multinational corporations.
