Job description
- Handle complex transactional matters, including M&A, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, debt financing agreements
- To provide additional legal advice to relevant stakeholders with regards to regulatory, licensing and permitting matters as well as contentious matters.
- Assist in conducting KYC and background checks on the business' counterparties
