Job description

Formative Search is working closely with a prominent Waste-to-Energy company based in Bangkok, Thailand. They are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage various projects related to waste management and bioenergy production, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the project team.
 
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in project management, specifically in Waste-to-Energy, bioenergy, or waste management projects.
  • Strong background in boiler engineering and mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
