Technical Services Manager
Based in Singapore
Formative Search is working closely with the world’s leading solar suppliers and with its vision to broaden their customer segment base and rapidly acquire new businesses, the company is looking to hire several professionals to join its fast-growing team based in Singapore and one of them is the Technical Services Manager role. Our client is a globally leading PV manufacturer who have recently evolved their business into a more integrated unit, going to market with innovative new offerings and they are looking for the best talent in the market and willing to offer an attractive remuneration package with exciting growth opportunities.
As a Technical Services Manager you will be responsible to :
Manage operational efficiency and ensure that service levels are met for ROA
Contact window for region presales and post-sales support for customers
Support sales teams to drive profitable revenue growth through participation in the sales process
Provide technical system assessment, support, coordination, review and approval for PV projects.
Assist in defining and improving global customer service processes
Work with regional teams & inter-departmental staff to resolve customer cases (requests, issues and complaints)
Support regional warehouse RMA spares stock management (stocking, scrap, refurbish)
Manage and evaluate regional 3rd party installation and service vendors
Manage and improve on regional team (RTS) performance and capacity
Develop and deliver high quality service solutions to our clients customers across Asia & Middle East
Contribute to new service development for new markets
Establish a high performance culture within the team, focusing on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
The skills & requirement you need to have will be :
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a service account manager in related industry
Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to build rapport and liaise with people at all levels
Have solid leadership and people management skills
Have a proven track record of building, developing and managing service delivery and supporting teams
Previous experience growing and developing an operations function
Be dynamic and open minded
Bi-lingual in Mandarin & English preferred
