Men gain more career development from international assignments | HR Operations


Men are more likely to feel that working abroad accelerated their career development, in comparison to their female colleagues, according to research from AXA Global Healthcare.

Over half (51%) of male expats reported improved career development following their global placement, compared with just 39% of women.
