Alecia joined Formative Search in 2021 as part of the Renewable Energy team. Prior to joining Formative Search, she spent more than a year with a UK energy firm recruiting in the Utilities sector. Graduating with a Bachelor's in Communications and New Media from NUS, Alecia made the switch to energy recruitment in 2019 and never looked back since.
As a consultant for Renewable Energy, Alecia is focused on mid to senior level technical, financial and commercial talent in the Renewable Energy Sector within the Asia Pacific Region.
