Shantelle joined the Formative Search team in 2022 as part of the Legal & Compliance team. Prior to joining Formative Search, Shantelle graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws Degree and has experience working in private practice and in-house.
She now focuses on placing lawyers in private practice and in-house roles.
