Accounts Manager (Global Energy Trading Firm)
Formative Search is partnering with a Global Energy Trading Firm seeking to hire Accounts Manager. This role will be based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be managing a team of 3-6 subordinates based in Singapore and Europe. Your main role is supporting the energy trading business for month-end management and statutory accounting for Singapore and Europe. As the Accounts manager, you will need to ensure that reporting is completed in a timely manner.
In addition, you would have Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) responsibilities with cross-border collaboration (where necessary) to drive process improvements, systems and improve performance.
Requirements
You are a CPA-qualified accountant with at least 7-10 years of experience, well versed in accounting standards and IFRS reporting, with strong consolidation experience. Ideally, you have experience managing teams and possess strong EQ to work with different groups of people to get work completed.
