Formative Search is working alongside a leading integrated solutions provider in Singapore that focuses in Energy Storage System (ESS) projects across Asia, and they are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of regional technical sales experience covering electrical products such as switchgears and inverters.
Lead pre-sales and specification activities to provide timely and accurate applications, solutions and render technical support to the sales channels.
Lead discussions and clarification with customers as key contact person for all sales & technical related topics.
Support all technical and specification related customers visits.
Manage customer’s enquiries and propose technically & commercially sound solutions.
Participates in technical and commercial clarification meetings when required.
Lead Sales and Business Development team in executing marketing activities.
Off-site & On-site product defect rectification if required.
A Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
At least 5 years of technical sales experience.
Experience with switchgear, inverter or energy storage system will be advantageous.
Regional network with renewable energy developers or utility companies will be advantageous.
