About the role:

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be joining our Legal & Corporate Governance team and will collaborate with a Principal Consultant to provide support with daily recruitment-related duties and tasks. It is a great opportunity to gain practical and hands-on experience as a recruiter and to develop your sales skills and techniques.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist Recruiters with activities directly related to candidate quality assurance, lead generation, and candidate satisfaction

  • Perform screening of candidates and set up face-to-face and phone interviews

  • Keep up-to-date with relevant industry news and developments, and pro-actively act on the information gathered from the research and/or from your candidates

  • Manage and update calendars, company’s recruitment software and candidate database

  • Perform market research and identify business opportunities to contribute to company's Business Development

  • Incorporate company’s values and promote positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or relevant field

  • 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter; candidates with no recruitment experience are welcome to apply as well

  • Sales-oriented, Social Media and Tech savvy

  • Problem-solving and can-do attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Outgoing personality and a drive to learn, develop and to have fun!
