Formative Search – Recruitment Researcher
Formative Search is a specialist recruitment agency based in Singapore. We recruit mid to senior level candidates in the Legal & Corporate Governance, Renewable Energy and Technology industries across Asia-Pacific.
We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher who can support the growing Legal & Corporate Governance team. Legal Recruitment / Headhunting is a varied, lucrative and fast-paced role with rapid career progression. The researcher role involves working on senior mandates and dividing your time between research and headhunting.
You'll have the opportunity to work with an established team of recruitment consultants, recruiting for our client base which includes MNCs, top tier professional services firms, start-ups and global financial services institutions.
As a recruitment researcher you will be working closely with experienced consultants
Excellent earning potential as there will be an immediate workload
You will research, map and identify top talent in the market
Headhunting/ sourcing candidates from various mediums
Conducting candidate interviews and formatting CVs
Attending multiple events with the recruitment consultants
Working within a supportive and talented team
What are the job requirements for the Researcher position?

Past experience working in sales is desirable
