Job description

Formative Search is working on a Senior Sales/Business Development opportunity with a leading global Sustainability Solutions Provider. Our client is a market leader in Sustainability space and as a part of their global expansion they are now looking to scale their team in APAC and Singapore.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Create and recognize new business opportunities and lead climate-related strategies in the APAC region
  • Identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs. Serve as a client’s advocate for company stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop a GTM strategy
  • Engage with company’s account management team to create leads from the existing client pool
  • Partner with product experts and consultants to create persuasive offers and proposals
  • To be a company representer in meetings and conferences, and to promote company’s values and branding
  • Provide input for the development of new products and services by identifying market trends

Qualifications:

  • B2B Hunter sales experience
  • 7 to 12 years of Sales experience
  • Software/solutions or application knowledge is highly beneficial
  • Experience selling into retail or online/internet or businesses within relevant spaces
  • A passion for climate change and sustainability
