Our client is building a leading energy platform across Asia and is seeking a high-calibre Strategy professional to work closely with senior leadership on shaping the next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role spanning portfolio strategy, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support medium-term portfolio planning (markets, technologies, capital allocation)
• Partner on investor relations, reporting, and engagement with key stakeholders
• Drive strategic initiatives across the platform (e.g. AI, market intelligence, M&A exploration)
• Build structured market and competitor intelligence frameworks
• Support proactive M&A and growth strategy development
• Improve internal processes, insights, and decision-making capabilities across teams

What We’re Looking For

• Around 10 years’ experience in consulting, private equity, banking, or high-growth environments
• Strong commercial thinking with exposure to financial modelling
• Ability to operate across multiple workstreams with autonomy and pace
• Highly structured, analytical, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Energy / infrastructure exposure is beneficial but not essential
