As the Vice President for Project Finance, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of sustainable energy, driving the financing and delivery of large-scale solar, wind, hydro, and storage projects.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact, working closely with internal teams and a diverse network of financial partners to bring these transformative projects to life.

Preferred Requirements:

• Structure bankable financing solutions, including senior debt, mezzanine, and blended finance
• Oversee financial modelling, sensitivities, and investment case preparation to support project development
• Drive due diligence processes through financial close and support commercial negotiations
• Provide market insights on debt markets, interest rate trends, and funding structures
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of renewable energy project economics and financing structures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in project finance, debt advisory, infrastructure finance, or renewable energy financing
• Proven track record working with banks, lenders, and financial institutions in Southeast Asia, with a strong preference for Philippines experience
