About the job 
We are currently working with a leading global financial institution looking to hire an additional legal counsel to join their mid-sized Wealth Management legal team in Singapore, reporting directly to the Head of Legal in Singapore. 
Responsibilities 

• Providing legal support to the wealth management division 
• Draft and review a variety of agreements pertaining to credit related documents, account opening, transfers and more 
• Advising the business on related product documentation 
• Help implement and maintain legal & compliance frameworks and policies 
• Provide support to the overall legal function in Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as other senior stakeholders across the region 

 
Requirements 

• 4+ PQE (Singapore qualified preferred) 
• Wealth management / private banking experience, gained in private practice or in-house 
• Associated regulatory experience 
• Team player, clear and concise communication style
