The Head of BD will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s operations in the Philippines. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing the company’s presence, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving business goals in the region.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the country strategy in alignment with the company’s global vision and objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and create actionable plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure new energy projects and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and clients.
• Oversee the negotiation and closure of major deals and contracts.
• Oversee all operational activities in the Philippines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project development, financing, construction, and operation of energy projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the country’s P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting.
