Role Overview
The Investment Analyst will support investment activity, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives as the platform expands. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with early career training in finance, consulting, or related fields who combine strong analytical skills with commercial acumen. Prior experience in data centres or digital infrastructure is advantageous but not essential.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investments and business planning scenarios.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, valuations, and deal structuring.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across the data centre and digital infrastructure sectors.
• Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare analytical reporting materials.
• Collaborate with senior team members on cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a technical/scientific discipline from a leading university.
• 1-2 years’ experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, Big 4 corporate finance/advisory, or another investment/analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
• High energy, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sector experience in data centres or infrastructure is beneficial but not required.
