The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth, optimising procurement strategies, and executing end-to-end transactions across the value chain.

  • Support the development, negotiation, and administration of long-term supply agreements, sales contracts, and vendor/offtaker arrangements.
  • Track contract performance, monitor compliance, and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Draft, review, and manage commodities contracts across a range of products.
  • Analyse commercial terms to identify potential risks to the business and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless contract execution and timely resolution of issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, supporting the evaluation of long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure all commercial activities comply with internal governance standards and external trade regulations.

  • 3-5 years of experience in petroleum, petrochemical products, or related sectors, with exposure to vendor and contract management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in market studies and demand-supply analysis.
  • Experience in structuring, reviewing, and managing long-term supply/sales contracts.
  • Good understanding of regional and international market dynamics and trade flows.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools for modelling and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with a track record of supporting contract execution while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
