The Singapore office of this leading US firm is seeking to strengthen its practice with the hire of a US qualified capital markets associate.

Our client has strengths within the capital markets field and effectively advises a large client base on a comprehensive array of matters including rights issues, high-yield debt, US Securities regulation, structured finance and securitisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an outstanding team and advise on a broad range of transactions.

Looking for: Your experience will enable you to assist in the drafting of prospectuses; to draft of legal documents and agreements; and to assist on and overseeing documentary due diligence on issuers, among other responsibilities.

An excellent academic background and a proven track record are pre-requisites. They are specifically looking for candidates coming from other top US or international law firms with around 1 – 4 years PQE.

Relocation is on offer for candidates based outside of Singapore.
