The Senior Implementation Engineer leads the technical delivery of customer projects across multiple markets, turning traceability requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role combining technical execution, supply chain insight, and delivery leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex customer programs — from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Run discovery workshops to map processes, define data requirements, and architect fit-for-purpose traceability solutions.
• Configure workflows, rules, and system integrations to support customer operations and reporting needs.
• Coordinate delivery stakeholders, including subcontractors and IT teams, ensuring progress, risk management, and on-time milestones.
• Create and maintain project plans, documentation, and clear communication for customer and internal audiences.
• Influence product enhancement by translating customer feedback into actionable improvements.
• Support pre-sales engagements as a technical subject-matter expert.
• Support and mentor junior team members; may line-manage Implementation Engineers.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years implementing cloud-based, digital supply chain, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Degree in engineering, supply chain, sustainability, or related analytical discipline (preferred).
• Knowledge of manufacturing, material processing, industrial supply chains, or sustainability-focused operations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder customer projects and delivery partners.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English; Mandarin beneficial depending on region.
• Willing and able to travel internationally as required.
