Our client is seeking a senior industry leader to join as a Board Advisor, supporting its infrastructure investment strategy across Southeast Asia.

This individual will provide strategic guidance across origination, investment execution, and portfolio value creation, with a particular focus on identifying and advancing opportunities in key sectors such as energy, digital infrastructure, transport, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on regional market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and investment themes across Southeast Asia
• Support origination efforts through access to networks, partnerships, and proprietary opportunities
• Provide strategic input on active transactions, including structuring, risk assessment, and commercial positioning
• Engage with portfolio companies to support growth, operational performance, and strategic direction
• Act as a trusted advisor to the investment team, contributing to long-term platform build-out in the region

Requirements

• Senior executive or investor with deep experience in infrastructure across Southeast Asia
• Strong network across developers, operators, governments, and capital providers
• Proven track record in originating, executing, or managing infrastructure investments
• Commercially minded with the ability to bridge strategy and execution
• Credibility to engage at board and C-suite level
