Emily graduated from the University of London with a degree in Business. Prior to joining Formative Search in 2019, she spent four years working in two UK headquartered legal recruitment agencies specializing in the Private Practice market at the Paralegal and Associate level. Emily has more than 10 years of experience in recruitment for international law firms in Singapore as well as placing lawyers and paralegals in-house.
Law firms she recruits for include UK Magic Circle firms, UK non-Magic Circle Firms and US law firms. Industries she covers for in-house roles include technology, logistics, FMCG and energy.
