About me
Prior to starting his legal recruiting career, Lionel studied law in France and Switzerland and interned with a Japanese law firm in Tokyo. Subsequently, he joined a leading specialized legal recruiting agency in Japan in 2017, working on roles across a variety of industries and levels.
Lionel relocated to Singapore and joined Formative Search in 2021, as Head of Growth, where will oversee Business Development efforts and the overall growth of Formative Search. Previous, he join the Legal desk team, where he specialised in recruiting lawyers across levels for law firms and large multinational companies in the Asia Pacific region. Lionel is trilingual and speaks English, French and German.
