This role leads strategic customer partnerships and delivery excellence across APAC, ensuring value realization, growth, and long-term success.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead strategic customer relationships across APAC, building trusted executive partnerships and ensuring measurable value delivery.
• Oversee complex, multi-stakeholder programs with disciplined scope, governance, and timely execution.
• Manage delivery partners and subcontractors, proactively mitigating risks and maintaining quality standards.
• Align outcomes with customer objectives and commercial commitments while safeguarding resources and scope.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and drive regional expansion.
• Mentor regional teams, fostering operational excellence and contributing to global customer strategy.
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards, delivering clear, executive-level performance reporting.

 
Qualifications:

• 10+ years in customer success, delivery leadership, or transformation consulting, ideally at Senior Manager/Director level.
• Track record managing large-scale enterprise implementations across APAC.
• Strong commercial judgment with ability to balance customer and business priorities.
• Skilled in managing third-party partners and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication capability.
• Deep understanding of APAC business culture; success operating across multiple markets.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (business and technical communication).
