The Opportunity
Our client is building a new utility-scale solar and BESS development platform in the Philippines and are hiring an Investment & Finance Manager to lead deal screening, financial modelling, budgeting, investor reporting, and project finance support.
 
This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership, technical, and development teams to ensure projects are commercially robust and financeable.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate new solar and BESS investment opportunities.
• Build and own project financial models, returns analysis, and sensitivities.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cashflow tracking.
• Prepare investor and stakeholder reporting.
• Support project financing processes, lender due diligence, and financial close.
• Work with external advisors and internal teams across transactions.

Candidate Profile

• 6-10+ years experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, PE, or IB.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills.
• Experience supporting project finance or debt processes.
• Exposure to solar, BESS, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Experience in Southeast Asia or emerging markets a plus.
• Comfortable in lean, fast-growing platform environments.
