The Role
 
As Legal Counsel, you will be the cornerstone of legal operations, providing critical support across diverse business sectors while working closely with commercial and operations teams. You’ll gain exposure to complex transactions, strategic investments, and innovative business ventures.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for all legal matters across the firm
• Provide real-time legal, regulatory and transactional advice to commercial teams
• Handle corporate maintenance work and statutory documentation
• Support portfolio management and transaction advisory
• Evaluate legal implications for corporate actions and new ventures
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate on internal affairs management including audits and employment matters

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable Indonesian university (Postgraduate preferred)
• Minimum 7 years post-qualified legal experience
• Preferably experience working in a reputable Indonesian law firm(s)
• Strong exposure to financing, investment, and corporate commercial operations
• Proven experience in legal research, drafting, and contract negotiation
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
