Key Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee-earners
- Opening client files and managing documentation
- Conducting KYC and compliance checks
- Diary and calendar management
- Preparing, editing, and formatting legal documents
- Coordinating with colleagues across international offices
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a legal secretary, ideally in an international law firm
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset – able to work seamlessly in a shared support structure
- Familiarity with file opening, client onboarding, and compliance processes
