This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative team, where you will share responsibilities with a group of experienced secretaries in supporting fee-earners across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee-earners
  • Opening client files and managing documentation
  • Conducting KYC and compliance checks
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Preparing, editing, and formatting legal documents
  • Coordinating with colleagues across international offices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a legal secretary, ideally in an international law firm
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset – able to work seamlessly in a shared support structure
  • Familiarity with file opening, client onboarding, and compliance processes
