We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Lawyer to join a dynamic and growing boutique law firm. With a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, we advise a diverse range of clients on complex corporate transactions across various sectors.
 
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, gained from a reputable law firm. You will play a key role in all stages of M&A transactions, from due diligence and drafting to negotiation and closing.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and identify key risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic and commercial advice to clients on M&A matters.
• Work collaboratively with partners and other team members.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in Singapore
• 4-8 years of dedicated experience in M&A work.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
