A private equity-backed renewable energy platform is seeking an experienced Project Execution & Delivery Director to lead the execution strategy and delivery of its portfolio across Southeast Asia, covering wind, solar, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects. The role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to commercial operation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while supporting the transition into operations and long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale renewable projects (wind, solar, BESS)
• Define and implement execution strategies, governance, and delivery standards
• Manage EPC contractors, OEMs, and suppliers across multiple projects
• Oversee construction, commissioning, and grid connection activities
• Track schedule, cost, and risk; implement mitigation plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards across all sites
• Collaborate with engineering, development, finance, and operations teams
• Manage external stakeholders including partners, regulators, and authorities
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-border project teams
• Drive consistency in processes, reporting, and execution standards

Skills & Requirements

• 15-20 years’ experience in renewable project execution (wind, solar, and/or hybrid)
• Proven track record delivering projects through to COD
• Strong expertise in utility-scale design, construction, and grid integration
• Experience managing EPC contracts, OEMs, and claims/risk
• Strong technical, commercial, and project management capabilities
• Effective stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia
• Based in Singapore or the Philippines
