J-yin joined Formative Search in 2023 as part of the legal team. Prior to joining Formative Search, she graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University and started her career as a Recruitment Specialist in the health technology space.
Now, her focus is in the legal industry, working closely with lawyers in both private practice and in-house.
