Carbon Trader, Ambitious Energy Trading House
Formative Search is partnering with an ambitious energy trading house seeking a Carbon Trader as part of their energy transition plan into low carbon.
An experienced trader in Carbon Trading, you are responsible in the proprietary trading of carbon credits with an objective to maximise P&L whilst managing the associated risk of your trading strategy. In addition, you would be responsible for analysing the markets in the associated APAC region you are trading to develop and execute appropriate trading strategies within the carbon market and managing the capital allocation of your trading positions to generate a positive return.
This platform will offer the individual a good level of trading autonomy to run your desk and maximise P&L within certain risk limits of the organization.
Requirements
You are an experienced carbon trader capable of trading prop and a disciplined trader in managing your own risk. You can work independently, with a good P&L trading track record and sound understanding of the derivatives market.
