Leveraging advanced technology, they provide a comprehensive range of products and services, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electric vehicle charging systems.
We are currently supporting them with the search for an EV Charging Service Manager to be based in Thailand. Your responsibility is to lead the service offering initiatives and focus on providing technical support related to the EV charging system and the full project lifecycle from installation to operation & maintenance.
- Spearhead a diverse array of technical responsibilities related to electric vehicle charging systems, including the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customer equipment and systems.
- Actively engages in the technical design and development aspects of service offerings.
- Assumes the lead trainer role for service offerings pertaining to electric vehicle charging systems throughout the ASEAN region.
- Maintains the region's service competence at the highest standards while strictly adhering to relevant processes and regulations.
- Delivers both remote and on-site support to customers, aligning with the contract service level agreement and promptly addressing end-user issues as they arise.
- Conducts comprehensive reviews of service level agreement activities, covering preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing the team.
- Effectively prioritizes tasks and actions, implementing scheduling measures accordingly.
- Ensures the continuous uptime of electric vehicle charging systems for charge point operators and adeptly manages any variation order volume.
- Contributes to and executes activities related to the estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management.
- Brings a minimum of 5 years of job experience in field service, specializing in electric vehicle charging systems or power converter systems.
- Possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Demonstrates fluent communication in both English and Thai, engaging effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Showcases excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Holds a strong customer-centric mindset, displaying a genuine willingness to assist others.
- Exhibits the ability to influence and empathize with remote teams.
