Formative Search has partnered up with a leading energy solutions player to advance sustainable and efficient energy practices. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand, to drive their financial strategy and support their rapid growth.

- Manage the entire lifecycle of financing arrangements, including origination, drawdown, and rollover for instruments such as LC/TR, DLC/PN and Project Financing.
- Set strategic financial goals to control the company's financial model, prepare sources of funds for forecasted growth, and manage security arrangements as needed.
- Lead and maintain relationships with banks and other financial providers.
- Manage relationships with shareholders by providing monthly financials and quarterly updates and handling all shareholder requests.
- Identify potential investors and lead the fundraising process, including networking, pitching, preparing data rooms, conducting valuations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Evaluate and approve new projects by assessing margins and cashflow requirements and preparing additional financing drawdowns as needed.
- Involved in financial forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports. Track the company's project cashflows and profitability to ensure targets are met.
- Implement cost efficiency measures, margin enhancement strategies, and growth plans.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Possess strong financial and/or accounting background with proficiency in fundraising, financing, M&A, budget management, and cash flow modelling.
