Head of Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing business strategies in the country
  • Respond to tender opportunities and lead pursuit strategy which include local partnership.
  • Cultivate new and develop existing relationships with clients, understand the full scope of their business to effectively promote services.  
  • Identify potential project opportunities. Establishing targets, budget and deliverables
  • International business travels for client engagement  

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 10 years of relevant Sales experience in Renewable Energy space
  • Track record of Sales, Business Development and Account Management
  • Experience in renewable energy (Solar, Wind, Hydro, Grid connection)
  • Knowledge on mapping out companies in the industry and able to liaise with key decision makers.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage stretched assignments.
  • Has a wide network in the renewable industry and has an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability to function effectively and decisively in sometimes fluid or ambiguous situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
