Job description
Formative Search is working with one of Singapore's largest multi-business corporation that is looking for a Head of Business Development with a background in Energy, servicing large industrial facilities such as Petrochemical plants and Factories.
The successful candidate will be working alongside side an experienced team of multi-disciplinary engineers, structuring complex 10 - 15 year long service deals with large multinational corporations.
Responsibilities:
Direct all leads to strategize best use of resources,
Adopt a tactical approach to cross-sell products and develop plans to engage new customers
Develop new assets, products and services that are coordinate with existing business units to increase the reach of the business
Drive commercial and contract negotiations
Review proposals and financial models of projects and submit recommendations for financial approval
Requirements:
A Degree in Engineering or Business is required.
At least 8 years in Energy related business development or sales is required
Strong business acumen
A strong network with large industrial clients such as petrochemical plants, refineries, factories will be preferred.
