M&A Origination & Investment (Hydrogen), Global Multi-National Company
Formative Search is privileged to be partnering with one of the world’s leading Global Multi-National Company in search for a M&A Origination & Investment professional looking to scale up their green hydrogen ambition.
As the firm is looking to scale up their hydrogen investments, they are seeking for M&A Origination & Investment individual to originate new hydrogen projects within the Asia Pacific regions and put bring these projects into FID stages.
Working across cross-country teams, your role is to originate new hydrogen projects and execute these projects from concept through to implementation. This includes forming approaches to counterparties through careful analysis, leading multiple project teams, structuring agreements and oversight of internal business cases, economics, due diligence, and presentations to senior management to secure investment decision approvals. Projects can be but not limited to hydrogen production, offtakes, JV partnerships, Capex/Acquisitions, Land Investments, structured deals.
Strong financial modelling skills is required to take on this role alongside with strong commercial acumen.
Requirements
You have 5-8 years of experience in M&A Origination and Investment in the Energy / Oil & Gas with a successful track record in M&A deals in the Oil & Gas Sector.
This role is based in Singapore, and you have experience managing a diverse stakeholder set and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization and externally.
