Job description
The Client we represent is one of the largest advisory firms on the global market. Their company offers professional services to a wide range of industries around the world. Currently, they are searching for an Infrastructure and Energy Analyst/Associate/Manager who will work alongside the Directors.
Main Duties:
Originating and executing finance advisory within Infrastructure
Maintaining close relationship with existing network of clients and leveraging to expand client base
Working closely with cross discipline departments, such as Corporate Finance, Strategy, Sustainability, Assurance, and Tax.
Preparing the execution of project finance advisory mandates, as well as leading teams to meet tight timeframes.
Analyze and/or develop financial models and projections for infrastructure equity investment and financing deals and clients
Conduct industry/company research, including risk analysis for Asia Pacific Infrastructure
Requirements:
Strong expertise advising on infrastructure project procurement and funding
An understanding of the current regulatory and market environment and the key infrastructure sectors including power generation and distribution, water, transport and social infrastructure
An ability to prioritise and monitor/build appropriate financial models and carry out financial analysis, including sensitivities appropriate for that infrastructure sector
Significant experience in developing financial models for infrastructure finance transactions, preferably for both the public and private sectors
Experience of working with private equity funds and other equity investors would be an advantage with a view to bring these experiences to an advisory
