Job description
We are currently working with a global Oil & Gas Services Provider looking to expand their Singapore legal team with an additional legal counsel. The company has a large presence in Southeast Asia and is further expanding now. The role would report directly to the General Counsel here in Singapore
Coverage:
Group-wide legal support on general corporate matters, advise on group wide-projects
Contractual and commercial coverage across engineering, procurement and construction projects
Advise internal stakeholders across the region
Manage risk and support growth
Help managing outside counsel
Requirements:
At least 7 years legal experience
Singapore, UK, AUZ or US qualified lawyers preferred
Experience in the offshore oil and gas industry preferred
Familiarity and understanding of relevant legislation including commercial, contracts and construction law
