Job description
My client is a Singapore headquartered logistics business. They have operations in markets across APAC, with exciting plans to increase their footprint in the region which include acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.They are searching for a commercially focused and motivated individual to join them as a VP in their legal team.
You will report directly to the Head of Legal. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial legal, regulatory and compliance matters as they arise. You will also oversee and lead M&A activities.
Ideally you are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 11-13 years’ experience. Prior industry knowledge is not necessary, but you should come with a good background in private practice with ability to lead M&A deals.
