Formative Search has partnered up with a power market analytics company who is expanding their team across the Asia Pacific region. They are looking for a Market Lead in Tokyo, Japan who will support the CEO and MD of APAC to expand their geographic and product offerings.
What will the Market Lead be doing?
- Overall ownership of the business’s strategy in Japan, including advancing our software offering, and adapting existing consulting and research offerings to the market
- Responsible for the Japan commercial success across consulting and research services sales execution
- Ability to transform client problems into solutions in real time with clients as well as after meetings
- Identifying key success factors and executing
- Lead the company’s content agenda in both consulting and research businesses in Japan
- In charge of team culture and development with responsibility for overall team satisfaction and for personal development of all team members
- Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond your day-to-day role as and when the need arises
