It presented them with a huge opportunity to grow their business in the APAC region. They are looking for a product manager to be based here in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Improve and deliver product strategies and roadmap • Work with the chief product officer and teams to discover and experiment processes, to validate hypothesis.
Develop and test of digital products and services. Gather customer feedback and demand of product.
Offer a range of new and better customer solutions, combining analytical insights and marine industry experience.
Develop partnerships with industry players to potentially collaborate on product development.
Product maintenance and upgrade, as per market feedback. • Manage project deadlines, budget and work with the team to meet delivery expectations.
Work closely with the business development team on cost for each product / service to find a competitive price point.
Build and maintain a strong professional and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive the development of product/services in conjunction with the feedback given by customers, internal stakeholders and the Customer Engagement team
Lead, coach and develop the product development team in defining innovative customer solutions.
Supervise product development team to ensure department goals are met.
Qualification:
Minimum of 5 years of Software Product Management experience • Hands-on technical experience in building software products as a Software
Engineer/QA/Architect/Engineering Manager
Good understanding of the various technology stacks used for frontend as well as backend implementations
Demonstrated track record of understanding and driving business requirements
Analytical thinking with ability to ask the right questions
Understand customers problems and develop solutions
Take ownership and be accountable for the success of the product
