Formative Search has partnered up with a start-up climate-tech company. They are growing their team in Asia and are looking for a Project Director in Batangas, Philippines. The Project Director will be responsible for managing the overall planning, execution, monitoring the projects.
What the Project Director do:
Oversee the implementation of projects from conception to completion
Manage and review product lifecycle, schedules, plans, budgets, and other communication
Manage resources and resolve issues from various components of the project
Engage stakeholders including customers and vendors in project decisions and execution
Identify opportunities for further expansion of the projects
Monitor and improve team performance
Develop talent and grow the team to reach objectives
How will the Project Director look like:
Education in Business or Project Management and/or another related course
At least 5 years of working experience in consulting or project management
Experience in real estate, renewable energy and sustainability is preferred
Experience in managing and working with the Filipino workforce
Must be fluent both verbal and written English and Tagalog
Strong project leadership skills, organization, self-motivation and critical thinker
