About the role:
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be joining our New Energies Team and will collaborate with a Senior Consultant to provide support with daily recruitment-related duties and tasks. It is a great opportunity to gain practical and hands-on experience as a recruiter and to develop your sales skills and techniques.
Main responsibilities:
Assist Recruiters with activities directly related to candidate quality assurance, lead generation, and candidate satisfaction
Perform screening of candidatesand set up face-to-face and phone interviews
Keep up-to-date with relevant industry news and developments, and pro-actively act on the information gathered from the research and/or from your candidates
Manage and update calendars, company’s recruitment software and candidate database
Perform market research and identify business opportunities to contribute to company's Business Development
Incorporate company’s values and promote positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or any relevant field
1 to 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter; candidates with no recruitment experience are welcome to apply as well
Sales-oriented, Social Media and Tech savvy
Problem-solving and can-do attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Outgoing personality and a drive to learn, develop and to have fun!
