Formative Search is a specialist recruitment agency based in Singapore. We recruit mid to senior level candidates in the New Energies, Legal & Corporate Governance, ESG industries across Asia-Pacific.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can build and develop our ESG practice. You will have the opportunity to work with an established team of senior recruitment consultants, recruiting for our client base which includes MNCs, TMT companies, start-ups, and global financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management, gauging chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role. Meanwhile, manage to ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to referrals, career portals, CRM, social media, events etc
Supporting consultants to deliver on specific search mandates
Research, map and identify top talent in the market
Attending both candidate and client meetings, initially alongside senior consultants
Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
