Formative Search is working with a US based Climate-Tech company who is expanding their team in the Asia region. They are looking for a Sales Manager in Singapore who will be reporting to the Sales Director. The Sales Manager will be tasked to improve the operations by selling a unique software system and will give you an opportunity to support their growth in Asia.
What will the Sales Manager be doing?
Manage activities for individual sales pipeline
Meet quarterly sale targets
Incorporate common product use cases and own product demonstrations with prospective customers
A solid technical understanding of product as well as prospects’ needs to provide beneficial feedback to their engineering and product teams
Support our client to determine a territory or account strategy
What will the Sales Manager look like?
Minimum 2 years’ experience in closing sales role and minimum 4 years’ experience in prospecting-driven sales role
Experience with data-driven sales methodologies
Excellent written and communication skills to confidently interact with clients
A critical thinker who is results driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with management, clients and peers
Able to communicate effectively across cultures, time zones, and geographies
