Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Conduct C&I Solar market analysis to identify promising projects.
  • Establish effective direct connections with customers across all organizational levels, from operational to senior management (C-suite), fostering enduring relationships and value.
  • Identify and focus on strategic clients and projects, nurturing long-term and trustworthy client relationships.
  • Develop precise market segmentation and targeting, pinpointing customer and market opportunities while maintaining a balanced approach between pipeline development and revenue generation.
  • Cultivate a professional network to ensure the company receives recommendations and introductions to strategic opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings for presenting and negotiating high-value contracts, guiding them to successful closure.
  • Expand the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) portfolio in Singapore, encompassing marketing, origination, sales, and service.
  • Document customer interactions and communications, diligently updating entries in CRM systems such as Salesforce and other sales management tools.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, project, technical, and post-sales teams to effectively implement customer objectives and project plans.
  • Strategically plan, report progress, and achieve sales targets.
 
 
Key Requirements: 
 
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong financial knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex business finance concepts.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
