Senior Business Development Manager (Based in Singapore)
Formative Search has partnered with an exciting climate technology company who are solidly expanding across the APAC region. We have agreed to secure a Senior Business Development Manager in Singapore. This would be an exciting opportunity to help retail businesses transition towards energy sustainability.
Job Scope:
Network of contacts at the leadership level in the Retail Industry across the different operating groups
Ability to grasp and understand the company’s business model quickly
Background in energy markets, sustainability, utilities, facilities, digital or similar industries.
Strong commercial background.
Able to negotiate, demonstrate innovation and generate return of interest.
Demonstrated experience in solution selling with track record of driving larger and complex deals to close.
Ability to understand business models and apply it across different market sectors and countries.
Capability to understand client requirements and the drivers that affect the company to identify the key constituents of a deal and represent that back into the business.
Job Requirements:
Experience as a Business Development Manager for Fortune 500 companies
10 years of Business Development experience
Core Sales experience in Software
Has a track record of annual revenue booking
Energy Transition to sustainability
experience is a plus
