Senior Commercial Manager (Hydrogen), Renewable Energy Producer
Formative Search is privileged to be partnering exclusively with an established Renewable Energy producer. Having multiple renewable projects including but not limited to Hydrogen & Ammonia projects across different continents, the firm is seeking for a Senior Commercial Manager (Hydrogen).
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and working closely with COO and CFO, the main responsibility of this role is the negotiation of commercial agreements (for hydrogen) with operating companies, JV companies and project partners to ensure the firm’s commercial position is successfully represented and having a commercial impact. You are to represent the firm’s best interest in its origination and negotiation stages with offtakers of the product from its hydrogen project portfolio, in line with the product marketing arrangement and firm’s strategy.
In addition, you will also be the feedback channel to the CCO and the CFO on commercial matters pertaining to the portfolio hydrogen projects and develop the firm’s market analysis and information gathering capabilities.
Requirements
You have more than 15 years of relevant commercial experience (including some years in hydrogen ideally) from a multinational company working with JV partners and stakeholders dealing with multi-billion-dollar infrastructure. Comfortable with working independently and possessing a strong commercial acumen, you have a solid grounding of the energy & commodities markets.
As this is a global role, you are expected to travel for business. This role will be based in Singapore.
