Formative Search is working with a company that provides battery recycling technology to battery manufacturers and OEM companies. Their mission is to solve an ongoing issue with single use battery, which results in damaging the environment and depletes metal resources. They are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to be a part of their team in Singapore. Someone who shares their mission and is capable to expand their brand globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered according to schedule and within budget
- Supports the Project Delivery Lead
- Develop and maintain project and non-projected client relationships
- Provide all essential project controls, including Cost, Schedule, Quality, Risk, Information Management
- Able to complete small to medium projects independently
- Track customer changes
Required Experience
- Experience in managing brownfield projects
- Tertiary Engineer Qualified along with a minimum 5 – 10 years in equivalent role
- Capable of engaging and influencing all levels of employees and executives
- Experience in managing multi-disciplined project teams across multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills in managing subcontractors and suppliers for successful project delivery
- Business acumen proven
- Willing to travel internationally for projects
- Ability to multitask with multiple projects
- Ability to manage projects and supervising employees
- Excellent time management and organization skills
